The Summer “Intensive” Session is a great opportunity for students to dive into a month and half of art-making in an immersive setting that enables students to explore observational drawing in graphite, charcoal, and ink, as well as a variety of other media including painting, collage-making, and printmaking. Open Art Space is a relaxed weekly drop-in program for LGBTQ high school students who are interested in thinking about, and making, art in a creative and welcoming environment.

The Saturday Music Project by Turtle Bay Music School is a full scholarship music education program for students ages 10-14 with a passion for music but limited access to formal training. They are developing new Saturday Morning Breakfast Project and looking for Mentors to help facilitate the days’ activities and engage in meaningful conversations with youth in a small setting.
The Music Advancement Program is a Saturday instrument instruction program for intermediate students from New York City’s five boroughs and the tristate area who exhibit great musical potential. The program actively seeks students from diverse backgrounds underrepresented in the classical music field and is committed to enrolling the most talented and deserving students regardless of their financial background. Through a comprehensive curriculum, performance opportunities, and summer study partnerships, MAP students gain the necessary skills to pursue advanced music studies while developing their talents as artists, leaders, and global citizens. The Music Advancement Program is administered by Juilliard's Office of Community Engagement.
