High school age audiences (classes, youth groups, etc.) are invited to join us for MCC Youth Company’s UNCENSORED 2019 Production on May 3 at 10AM or 1PM. MCC Theater is also offering free student matinee tickets to high school and college groups across the tri-state area to the New York debut of a new comedy – BLKS on Wed, May 22nd at 2PM.
Participants aged 18–24, will work hands-on in multiple disciplines of technical theatre, training with some of the industry’s top professionals. The program is free of cost and a paid opportunity. There are info sessions on May 7th from 4:30PM-6PM, May 21st from 4:30PM-6PM, and June 3rd from 6Pm-7:30PM.
The 2019 Young Exhibition Makers (Y.Ex) cohort is accepting submissions from teenage artists from the East Flatbush, East New York and greater Brooklyn area. Y.Ex will curate an exhibition to be presented in the main entrance of Kings County Hospital this June, 2019. The deadline to apply is Friday March 29 2019 at 11:59pm

There will be an open discussion about the financial hardships for first-generation college students, the ramifications of student debt, scholarships and grants, resources on campus, and how to hack college financial aid.
