The Museum of the Moving Image’s Teen Council will select films from an open call for submissions from NYC teens, ages 13-19, who created or helped create a short film.
Applications are opened from February 2nd until March 2nd, 2019; filmmakers will be notified by March 9th. The Festival will take place on Friday, March 15th, 2019 from 5:30-7:30pm, including a brief Q&A with filmmakers and reception after the screening.
