All payment requests for Four-Year Plan and Arts Access Grant spending must be received by 5:00pm on June 8, 2016. ETA will not remit any payments for requests received after the deadline.

For schools still working on the Four-Year Plan in the 2016-17 school year, any grant money not spent by the deadline will not carry over to the following summer or school year. Schools will lose their unspent money after June. In addition, each Partner School will have a $500 reprieve: a Partner School may not spend up to $500 of its Grant without consequence. However, any additional funding that a Partner School does not spend over the $500 reprieve will be subtracted from its 2016-17 Grant allocation.
