Applications now open for The Noguchi Museum's Teen Advisory Board. Paid Opportunity ($500 stipend for the school year).
Deadline - Oct. 31st
The Noguchi Museum’s Teen Advisory Board [TAB] is an after-school paid internship for high school students. Each year, TAB interns advise the Museum on how to better serve teen audiences and plan projects that promote the Museum to their peers.
TAB interns become immersed in the Museum and the work of Isamu Noguchi through tours, activities, and behind-the-scenes conversations with Museum staff. Through experiences with art, participants learn about each other and reflect on their lives, developing the values of the Board. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage the local community, visit other museums, and meet with teen programs around the city. TAB interns will be paid a $500 stipend for the school year, receiving $250 after both the midpoint and end of the program.
TAB meets every Wednesday from 4:30–6:30 pm, November through May. Apply by Wednesday, October 31. Contact education@noguchi.org with any questions about the program.
