As teachers engage in hands-on creative activities, they learn to leverage music technology as a tool for advancing skill development, performance preparation, and independent musical thinking. Participants design technology-supported learning experiences that inspire the curiosity and intrinsic motivation prerequisite to high-level achievement and lifelong musical participation.

Areas of focus include: integrating cloud-based applications to support creativity; recording for reflection, revision, and reinforcement; technology-based models for coaching and documenting progress of student composers and improvisors.
